Advice on setting up course content store with specific member section

Hi all, 

Looking for a little advice on how to go about something.  I'm trying to create a store where a subscription can be purchased to get access to course content.  Without a membership that particular section is hidden or not accessible.  

Has anyone done anything like this and any ideas which apps would work best for this.  

Further info:
Course content would be multiple videos for different topic (could be up to a 100 videos in total or more)
