Adwords Seller Ratings Reviews (Best App To Proactively Manage)

We are looking for an app to proactively manage Google Seller Ratings / Reviews. This app works in basic form, and is cheap, but doesn't let you proactively manage reviews like Birdeye or Listen360 does (timing, email asking if they enjoyed experience first - no give us feedback first to respond / help, yes - review type process).

What is the best app to allow us to manage Seller Ratings similar to Product Review apps (Yotpo...Loox...other?)...thanks!
