Allowing Customers to add a note to their account page

Hello,

Is there a way for the client to add notes to their account page? The notes would be visible on the account page and the customer timeline (backend notes). My candle company will soon offer an at-home kit for our customers to create custom scents for their brand. The kit will require follow-up from the client. I would like f a way for them to log in to their account and submit the information without me creating a Google doc and manually transferring the data.
