Alternative to Shopify App Bridge for non embedded apps

Hi guys!

I am building a Shopify App (it has been quite a journey) and long story short: At the review process (after submitting the app) I've realized that my app cannot be an embedded app, it has to be a standalone / non-embedded app.

There are several things that have to be changed (like turning off the default embedded app configuration in partners.shopify.com) and one of them is to stop using Shopify App Bridge, because this is only for embedded apps.

Now I am a bit of a newby here, and I have been working on this app from the boilerplate created from Shopify CLI (which makes the app embedded by default) to make a Next + Node App, and now I have trouble not knowing the proper way to remove Shopify App Bridge from use in the app (it's quite important now, cause its passed to auth ApolloClient)

Also the documentation is sometimes a little bit to wide there is no much help for going from embedded to non-embedded (as I understantd Shopify would prefer all apps to be embedded).

I really hope someone can help me, cause I am a bit stuck right now.
