Amazon and shopify- Where fulfill from? Help needed from experiences sellers.

Hi, I just added the amazon sales channel. I made a sale on amazon (FBM) and went into seller central to fulfill the order and buy the shipping label. Order is fulfilled on amazon seller central. However, in Shopify it still says unfulfilled.  I had to manually click fulfill in Shopify and am unsure if this changed my inventory number.  Should I be fulfilling from amazon seller central or from the shopify dashboard? What's the proper way to get these channels to sync?  Thank you!

@tracy88 you can fulfilment by Shopify and maybe it takes some time to sync. so don't worry about it. after fulfilment goes to amazon and checkout inventory.
