Is anybody else having issues with their Amazon orders not coming through to Shopify. Today is the fourth time in 2 months where our orders have been stuck in Amazon for over 10 hours. I don't think they proactively monitor their integration, since I have to keep raising and chasing up issues with them ... we should be notified there are problems. We did not have these issues with the old free version and expected a lot more for the $$$. Are there any better solutions?
I get that the Amazon API can fail. My main issue is that there seems to be no pro-active monitoring of the integration status. Cant you test the current state periodically using an API and then notify us email/text if there is a problem? The fact that no orders were detected and processed for over 10 hours overnight should also raise a red flag.
We did add an alert to the overview screen detailing the MWS outage. We also added auto responders to our support interactions so that people knew there was an Amazon outage so they didn't have to wait for responses to know there was an issue.
I hear you though, you'd like more proactive notification if there are issues. Taken on board.
