Any apps for quantity-based fixed discount pricing in e-commerce?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for an app that can allow us to give discounts per item based on quantity but not as a %. Here is an example of what we want:

Minimum amount to get discount = 20 items

Upon reaching the 20 items in cart apply individual discount to each item at a fixed price say:

item 1 - Original price $50 - discounted price is $47

Item 2 - Original price is $200 - discounted price is $190

item 3 - Original price is $299 - discounted price is $250

If customer adds 10 x item 1, 5 x item 2 and 5 x item 3 for a total of 20 items the discounted price of each item is applied.

Are there any apps that can do this? We need this type of system for wholesale/bulk sale in our store.
