Any apps where customers can scan a QR code to redeem points on Shopify store?

Our company distributes our products to storefronts (not owned by us) where they're then sold to consumers. We are now opening a clothing e-commerce store through Shopify, and we want to do a points system where they scan a QR code inside our product's packaging and it directs them to our shopify account where they can redeem points for purchasing our product.

Does something like that exist? I haven't found anything from search so far, most QR code apps I'm finding aren't for rewards purposes, and I haven't found any rewards apps that incorporate QR codes. I figured it would help to ask the community and see if anyone has found something like what I'm looking for.
