Any custom (or formula) form/calculator app?

Hello guys!

Is there on the App Market any form app (similar to Gravity Forms if it's familiar to you) where you can introduce formula fields in order to create something like a calculator? For example, something simple like this: https://gabrielsincraian.com/strength-calculator/ 

I found one named "Custom Price Calculator" where I could add formulas but, of course, it's made for products and the "end formula" is to calculate the final price, which I do not need. I want to introduce this form (more like a calculator) to a page. I could create a custom code one, but it would be much easier for the client through an app.

If there is anything close to the things I said, please let me know.

Hi I don't think anything like this exists at the moment , so custom code might be the option ! Dm me I can help you with that if you need
