Any customer image uploaders with background removal?

I see a lot of apps that let customers upload their own photos, and plenty that let me remove the background from an image. Any that have both capabilities? I don't want customers to have to do their transparent cutouts before uploading to my cart.

It's desirable for custom products, letting people design their own t-shirts, signs, etc. Right now, when customers want to use a photo of just themselves or something, we cut the background out for them, but that's not a great workflow. I can see apps that are designed to remove backgrounds from product images like this one, https://apps.shopify.com/background-image-remover, but it doesn't have any kind of customer facing element, from what I can tell.

This website is a Shopify store and has that capability but I can't seem to see what app they are using. If you can work out how to find it, please do share.
