Any ideas re: 2nd ship from location on EBay?

Anyone in Canada also doing EBay. I cannot get my drop ship location in the US to become clickable when I try to list. I do have about 100 items listed that will ship from Canada, but I wanted to list my drop ship items, from the US on Shopify as well.
