Any low-cost alternatives to Shopify Inbox for Facebook and Instagram?

Does anyone have a free or low cost alternative to Shopify inbox now that it doesn’t work with Facebook and Instagram? I’d like all my messages in the one place.

I am facing the same issues, Shopify Inbox is very erratic. If you have come across any other Free App as an alternative, please share.
