Are there any Shopify merchants who are looking for multiple signup forms for their store to target a specific audience for a specific form?

One signup form for Wholesalers, one for retailers, one for influencers, etc.

Signup forms will have the option for file upload too.

YES! I've been looking everywhere for a shopify app with a signup form that has multiple list options for visitors to sign up for! And, I need to be able to target those specific people in an email campaign.

I have multiple clients who would be very interested in this as well.
