Any way to stop apps from creating shipping profiles?

Hey folks, hopefully someone can help here. I have a couple POD apps that are creating shipping profiles in my shop, which are incompatible with the app that handles my shipping charges. Deleting these profiles requires me to go into each individual profile and scroll to the bottom, which takes a ton of time, and even when deleted, they occasionally reappear out of nowhere. One app recently created over 70 profiles alone. Is there any way to stop this from happening? Is there a faster way of deleting these? I'm completely lost here and tired of seeing my shipping rates being overridden by these apps. Please help. Thank you!
