Anyone know of an eBay App that can handle UK VAT?

Hi Everyone

We're having a complete nightmare with this at the moment.  Does anyone know of an eBay app that can handle UK VAT when importing the sale into Shopify?  We've tried all of the main ones and nothing works.  We built our site with Shopify on the basis of them having eBay integration and on the day we launched, they advised that the app was being withdrawn!  Is there really no working alternative?

Could you explain a bit more about what exactly the issues are?

Unfortunately this is not a tax issue from a filing point of view, it is one marketplace integrators not providing apps that recognise UK VAT, and needing to find one that does.
