(API problem) Buyer's informations
hello, I have my shopify store linked to a company's platform that handles product shippment and fullfillement through an API linked to their platform, but for some reason that I and not even their technical support could identify, the checkout informations don't get passed through, I can import products just fine every sale get's registered, but the buyer's info don't. below are the screenshots of the info, and app settings.
