App available for options at checkout

I need an app that allows for options at checkout.

The one I did a trial on, ShopPad requires you add options for every product which means data entry for days and the same every time you add a product.

Per ShopPad Options can only be assigned to display on the product page itself. They currently do not have the ability to assign options to appear at checkout.

This is to add engraving for dog collars.

Any suggestions appreciated.
