App calling shopify api returns this HttpResponseError: Received an error response (403 Forbidden)

I'm in the middle of reviewing this app with shopify. The weird thing is that this error only happens from the test store the reviewer gave me, but it works perfectly fine on my own test store running the same exact app. But It also seems to validate properly with shopify because it gets a valid access token back [shopify-app/INFO] Request session has a valid access token | {shop: wg1app.myshopify.com}. Help!!!!!!
