App Deployed of Fly.io is only displaying blank screen

I have successfully deployed my app on fly.io using these steps - https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/deployment/web#deploy, but when I log in to my Partners Dashboard and click on Test Store to test the app it only displays a blank white screen.
