App for creating kits/products made up of several child parts

I need a way to create a product/kit that is made up of several child parts (e.g. dining set = 1 x table, 8 x chairs). The solution would need to sync inventory levels of all child parts and calculate the number of kits available. An added complication is that all parts have different delivery timing (e.g. table could have delivery timing of 10 days and the chairs could have delivery timing of 2 months) so the solution would need to tag the product/kit with the latest delivery timing. 

I'm struggling to find anything that meets my requirements, does anyone know of an app that could achieve this?
