App for dynamic discount scheme

Hi,

Im looking for an app that can handle discounts from a base price. E.g. When a customer customize a product, the product will have a price. 

Then I would like a table, like the one below, where the customer can see the given discount. E.g. they buy 5 units, they save 10%, if they buy 10 they save 12% etc.

Are any of you familiar with such an app?

It's not suppose to be, just an image. It's supposed to be a dynamic table for the specific product. Can your app do that?
