App for ''progression tab'' that offer a free product

Hello,

I am looking for an app to give my customers a free product (automatically added to the cart with value of 0.00€) when the cart reach 50€ of purchase.

I tried Bold motivator but the design is too simple and not really responsive.

Did you know another app for this please ?
