App installed but not showing in my list of apps

Hi,

 

I recently tried adding PickyStory to my Shopify apps list. When I click on add app it takes me straight to PickyStory, without install on Shopify. When I refresh my app list on Shopify, it still doesn't show up. 

I contacted Pickystory and they suggested contacting Shopify because it looks like it has been installed even though it doesn't appear on my app list. 

I also want to make sure that I don't get charged for this app after the free trial but I can't uninstall it because its not there.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this issue to get it resolved. As the app Bundles Upsell | PickyStory is not populating within the app section of the shop as expected, I would like you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps: 

 

  • Please log into the shop from an Incognito Tab, checking the apps section to see if Bundles Upsell is listed.
  • Please have another User/Staff Member log into the shop, checking the apps section to see if the app is listed. 
  • Access the shop from another broswer (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox) to see if the app is listed. 
  • Access the shop from the Shop App to determine if Bundles Upsell is listed. 

 

If after attempting all of the following steps listed above, the app is not populating  please Contact Support to allow for further investigation. This will allow us to have a closer look and ensure no charges are processed after the free-trial period if decided you'd like to proceed with uninstalling.

Hi,
Thankyou for getting back to me. After trying all these steps the app can
still not be seen as an installed app.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for giving those troubleshooting steps a try. As they were unsuccessful, I would recommend  Contacting Support to allow for further investigation. This will ensure we can take a closer look into the shop and why the app is not populating as expected.
