Hi Team,

We are having difficulty in install APP while it was working sometime ago.
Kindly help us to understand the issue.
For reference I am attaching a Screenshot

Hello,

 

As it seems that it is a problem from the developer's end, kindly check whether the app is available or not.

You can also try login using an incognito window or clear data from your browser

As it seems the app being used on your shop has become unavailable, I recommend checking out the Shopify App Store for an alternative. There may be similar apps available that can allow you to achieve the same outcome as the previous app that  was being used.
