App is rejected due to "Apps that require a browser extension to function are not permitted"

This is our app which is rejected by Shopify App Support due to this reason

"Apps that require a browser extension to function are not permitted on the app store"

Our app only does script to script_tag.json. That's it.
Shopify App support rejected it, how do we solve it?
