App listing feedback requested - CX Video

Hi there,


I'm hoping for some guidance and assistance if I may?

 

We launched CX Video about 6 months ago, and our customers are so far really pleased with the results it is having for their businesses (more repeat purchases, much higher engagement with their marketing automation efforts).

 

We were highlighted as a "Shopify Celebrated App Developer" earlier this year, which saw a great spike in traffic and a few installs too - of which those stores who installed are mostly still customers today.

 

Outside of being featured though, almost all our business growth to date has been word of mouth, and we are not seeing a lot of people view our app listing. We will keep looking into why this is the case (improving search terms etc, perhaps paying Shopify for ads to promote it more).

 

I also think we can do a better job with on-page conversions and getting more stores to see the value in sending personalised videos to their customers when they view the listing.

 

Do you have any feedback for our team on what we can do to make our listing clearer?
