App listing promotional video youtube only?

Hi, we have made a conscious effort to translate our app-related listings. The problem we run into is that it seems the promotional video is youtube only. 

This is a problem since youtube is inaccessible in Mainland China. We have hosted our app videos for China on their video platforms before (e.g. bilibili). I'm interested to hear about others' experiences with similar issues and if Shopify has plans to support more video platforms to host promotional videos.
