app not showing in Apps and sales channels

Hi,

When we install the Click & Drop app, we can connect successfully and make successful API calls.

However the app does not appear in the App section in the side menu of the shop's admin page or in the Apps and sales channels section in the setting area.

We are the publishers of the Click & Drop app and were told yo come to the forum because the app review team could not help us
