Hi Shopify team and community,
I'm submitting a public Shopify app, and I've added one free public plan in the App Setup > Pricing section. I set the price as $0 and named the plan "Free to install". I have NOT enabled any external billing, and I do not charge merchants after installation.
On the Partner Dashboard, everything looks correct — the pricing plan shows "Free".
However, on the preview page of the app listing (e.g., https://apps.shopify.com/xxxxxxxxxx/preview/en), it shows "$0" instead of "Free to install".
My question is:
- Will it display correctly as “Free to install” once the app is approved and live?
- Do I need to make any changes to the pricing settings to ensure the correct label shows?
