App referral - Set up customer accounts

Hello all shopify hive mind.

We are an interior design business that recently a shopify website to upsell and support our designs.

What I would like to be able to do is when we present our design clients these upsells. As a a presentation, suggested as an additional purchase to the customer. Like a wish list/account or suggested purchase we set up for them.

I am struggling to find anything that works the way I would like with us setting it up on the customers behalf its all lead by the customer adding there own. Really welcome suggestions or advise.
