App that adds a product bundle to the shopping cart based on a discount code

Hello,
I am looking for an app that adds a previously defined free product bundle to the shopping cart as soon as the user has entered a corresponding discount code.
We sell equipment for the dry aging of meat in our shop and would like to offer free accessories for it (apron, accessory package), which should be automatically added to the shopping cart as soon as the customer has entered the corresponding code for it in the checkout. In addition, this code should be used to give a 20% discount on the device, which is of course possible within Shopify without an additional app.

Unfortunately, I have not found a suitable app for this in the app store. With all apps, product bundles can only be added after certain items have been added to the shopping cart or a certain amount has been reached, but not using an entered discount code that was previously created with Shopify.

Do any of you know of an app that can automatically add free items to the basket based on the discount code entered?
