App that calculates product margins and updates prices so we don't have to do it manually?!

Has anyone come across an App where we can input our product cost price, factor in our postage costs, import duty (from supplier), other random costs etc etc and then add a margin which then provides final sales price? 

Ideally this would then update our product prices on Shopify.

Manually working out these costs is such a time drag.

Any help would be much appreciated.
