App that Enables Vendors to communicate with Shop Admin about orders

We sell custom silver products (belt buckles, rings, etc). We have a vendor who makes custom products to our customers exact specifications. When a customer places an order they tell us what text and images they want on their product. We then communicate with the vendor to design a digital proof for the customer. I would like to use an app for our vendor to communicate, send images back and forth etc. with us regarding orders. OR, a way to allow the vendor to login to our Order dashboard, but hide the order details (shipping details and payment amount) from the vendor.

So you want all that communication happening inside shopify ? Why not use workflow and take that conversation to gmail or slack ?
