App that would let me get an customer email for a freebie

Hi! I want to add freebies to my store, but I want to get an email from a client as a "payment" for the freebie, I thought about an app like EcomSend Popups but it would only work for one freebie, I have a tab for all the freebies and I need the form to be on the product page. Let me know if you know an app like this
