App to attribute purchases to ad campaigns by IP address?

I run ad campaigns with influencers on social media apps. People open our ad in one browser, and then come back later in a different browser and make a purchase. I want to track returning visitors from these campaigns not just with cookies, but by their IP address as well. Do any Shopify apps do this?
