App to capture payment information but not charge until item ships

I'm working with a merchant who creates custom massage/chiro tables that have a 5-8 week lead time. With their current website, the merchant collects the client's credit card information, transfers it to QuickBooks and then charges the credit card through QuickBooks once the custom item is ready to ship. The merchant is moving to a Shopify website and is wondering how they can work the payment process similarly. So...

What apps have you had success with using to extract credit card information from Shopify to import into Desktop QuickBooks and charge at a later date?
