App to customise a poster

• I have a company that sells city maps. I would like the client to be able to customise this map by placing an icon in a specific place that the person chooses. I would like for the person to be able to drag and drop if possible.
• anyone know of an app that enables this ? Thank you !

I need an app that makes it possible for the client to mark a place on a map using one of our heart or star icons. Like the site mapify does.

to be able to place a heart in the area of you choice on our art maps.
