App to manage inventory when you charge customers AFTER they try the items

I'm looking for an App to install in shopify to handle a Styling Box option for fashion brand.

The process will be as below:

• The customer will create an account username/ register for receiving the style box of clothing.
• They will enter their card number here to be charged in FUTURE, nothing charged at this stage.
• Our team will chose 10 items to send to the customer.
• The team will log the SKUs for the 10 items to the customer's account.
• The customer will try on at home & decide what to keep.
  Customer will log in to account and select what to return (and reason) and what to keep. Then she will PAY for what she is keeping.
• Company will receive an alert to say, customer has chosen & paid, we then book return to pick up the unwanted items.
• We check what has been returned, and remove those SKUs to balance customer account back to zero items pending.

So I'm looking for an App to make this manageable.

It's NOT an inventory app (as needs to have payment/ selection/ customer log in function).

It's NOT a returns app (as needs to be back & forth),

It's possibly a Try Before you buy app (but only 1 on shopify "TryNow", I have messaged as they do not seem to offer the full functionality as COMPANY select the items, NOT the customer, but no reply, and reviews state there is zero customer service so not happy with this app).

Would love any suggestions.
