App to save images and download as PDF

Hi, I'm looking for an app, or other way to achieve this, to let visitors save images as their favourite. So that they are collected on a new pages. Then they should be able to download that page as a PDF file to their computer. Something like a wishlist app does, but not for products, but for images. Any solution or suggestion?
