App to send earned user dollar credits to shop

Hey, I am looking for a tool (app, plugin, other) that will allow our Member Referral Dashboard to communicate dollars with our Shopify site. 

Our Members earn dollars that are tracked in our dashboard and I need to send these dollars to the store for the member to spend, and to subtract the dollars they spend in the store from the dashboard. 

So the communication needs to go both ways.

The tool needs to have an open API to work with our Dashboard. 

How can I made this possible?

If you need middleware to just send data from one thing to another either use a flexiable automation app such as mechanic.

Or a low code service like make.com or zapier.

If your dashboard can export things as CSV look at ETL apps such as ez-exporter, or matrixify for CSV/spreadsheet based workflows.
