App to validate Fedex invoice charges against what customers paid for shipping?

Is there a Shopify app where you can upload your Fedex (or other carriers) raw invoice file in CVS and it will scan the data on the document against what the customer paid at checkout for those tracking numbers and produce a list of any trackings with discrepancies in the pricing? 

Currently I am having to do this on excel and it is very time consuming.
