We have two Shopify applications that connect our desktop application, AccountEdge, to either a US or UK store.
When trying to connect our application to a development store created in the US with UK address (https://eileenuk2022.myshopify.com/admin/) , the application connects fine. Whey trying to connect our application to a trial store created in the UK ( thisisatonytest.myshopify.com/admin) , an error stating that the app is currently unsupported is received.
The application is called AccountEdge Connector (UK). (formerly Mamut Accountedge Connector).
Why would it work in one region and not another?

In this case, you need to contact that app support team. The issue will be from their server so it is better to contact them directly to solve this issue.
