Hi, I use an iPhone 12, I try to download the Shopify app for iPhone, I go to the app store and I click on download, the download icon loads and returns to the same state as before, nothing happens.
How do I fix this problem so that I can download Shopify to my iPhone?

In this case, the problem might be coming from the Shopify app. Have you contacted Shopify's support team?
