I'm fairly new to Shopify platform and still figuring out things.
I have installed Shopify Inbox and Apple Business Chat. So with Shopify Inbox I set up automated replies, etc......but with the Apple Business Chat, there was no option to customize the messages as such.
Can someone guide me on this?
Also now the desktop version shows Shopify Inbox. But mobile ISO version shows Apple Business Chat. So is this how it works? How do I make both look uniform and professional?
