Apps not showing it says learn more about apps

Dear Team, 

please assist me on my issue. my admin gives me a colaboration access to access one app on the apps paanel. 

but unfortunately when i click the apss it doesnt show anything but "learn more about apps."  this was working last week saturday oct 30 2021. 

Please advise

I did the instractions but i got the same issue, we also tried rejoining my colaborator access but didn't work
