Apps not showing when customizing website. Can't add new blocks.

Hello,

I'm customizing a new website page in Dawn theme and seems like the apps widgets wont show when i add them. I can see they are on the left and should be displaying in my website building page but they dont.

Both JUDGE.ME and Essential Announcement Bar.

Even in the old theme (spotlight) it is now not showing  correctly on the page, looks all cranked up. It was normal before I started working and customizing the new theme.

What is it caused by?
