Can someone please help with this issue below:

"One or more of your private apps have made deprecated API calls in the last 30 days. Support for these versions will be removed on April 1, 2022. Please update the apps listed below to API version 2021-07 or later to ensure they continue to function correctly.

App: UPS

Shopify, please advise how I can action this?

You'll need to speak to whomever made the private app for you, as they will need to change the calls its making to the API inline with the newest version.

It says the app is called UPS - but its a private app (which means not one through the store). Was it made specifically for you by someone?
