Are retail barcode labels printing SKUs instead of barcodes for anyone else?

Is anyone having issues with the Retail Barcode Label app printing SKUs instead of barcodes, or completely unrelated barcodes to what is in the system? I can't tell if it's changing and overwriting old barcodes, or if something else is going on. Hundreds of variants are not ringing up and it's making a mess of POS checkouts.
