Are Shop Pay Installments API-Accessible Balance Transactions?

I can see that the Shop Pay Installments PAYOUTS are available via the Payouts endpoint, but is there a way to get the balance transactions related to those? (I don't think this endpoint is returning either the order transactions OR the payouts using Shop Pay Installments.) I'm trying to recreate the consolidated Shopify Payments + Shop Pay Installments balance (subject to payouts) to get monthly accounting right.
