I am working with some affiliates and they want to sell my product directly on their site. Is there an app that lets me dropship my own products?

You should register as a supplier on Dropshipping marketplace. You can consider using Syncee for Supplier https://apps.shopify.com/syncee-for-suppliers

Then your affiliates will be dropshipper on Syncee marketplace.

If they want to refer customers directly to your website, then check out this affiliate management app: UpPromote

I have recently launched an app to allow product & inventory sync across multiple Shopify stores. Your dropshipping partners can also use the app to automatically "forward orders" to your store for fulfillment.

Have you already tried applying to be a supplier on Spocket? If not, you can become a Spocket supplier easily. Since you are already on Shopify, it's easier since you only need to download the Spocket for Supplier App (free) and just fill out the application form.

Once your products have been activated on Spocket, your affiliates can start selling your products directly on their site.
